Full grooms and cuts for dogs of all sizes, from a Maltipoo and a Corgi who have been coming for about two years, to a German Shepherd and Husky mix having her first bath outside the house. One reviewer called Jenny's cut for her poodle mix one of the best he has ever had.
Most salons will not take cats. Ruby does. A cat named Squeak came in for a flea bath, deshedding, and a nail trim, and when a shave would have stressed her out, the team skipped it and said they could try next time. Your cat's comfort decides the visit.

"I texted Ruby to request a Saturday appointment, and they were fully booked. She had a cancellation and notified me to confirm I could make it at 12 pm. She answered my questions, and we decided on my cat Squeak getting a flea bath, deshedding, and nail trim. I dropped her off and went back to pick her up at 3 pm. She was clean and happy and the staff was wonderful. They let me know that to not stress her out, they did not shave her fur this time, but could try on her next appointment. She was well behaved and did not cause them any trouble. I will definitely take her back and am so glad that they service both cats and dogs."

"Had a great experience as a first timer here! My dog is a German Shepard and Husky Mix and had never been bathed outside of the house before since she has really bad anxiety. We got to reserve a spot ahead of time, and all the supplies were ready to go when we got there so we had a very pleasant time even with my dog's anxiety. Definitely recommend and am going to bring my girl back for her next wash!"

"We've been bringing our Maltipoo and Corgi here for about two years now and we have not had any issues. The pricing is fair, it's easy to book an appointment and the staff is so kind with our dogs. My maltipoo has a yeast allergy right now and Ruby's team informed me. It's so nice to have such caring people that show genuine concern for your pet! Also super important: THEY HAVE AC FOR THE DOGS!!! Especially in this California heat it's important that they have good conditions for the doggos. Thanks again Ruby and the team for always giving good care to our senior dogs."
